Office Administrative Assistant

Global manufacturer with international shipments that has recently implemented a new ERP system and is looking for an individual to join our office team in a supporting role. This individual needs to be motivated and willing to cross over to different responsibilities.
**Office Admin - Assisting Roles**
- Prepare and maintain orders and processing entries
- Prepare and communicate loading schedules with logistics team
- Supporting invoicing, incoming/outgoing shipping data
- Work towards deadlines for international and domestic shipments
- Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, research and resolve root cause
- Assist co-workers with overflow work as necessary
- Support annual physical inventories
- support inquiries from customers on activities that affect inventory
- Perform other duties/projects/tasks assigned by management
**About You**
- 2+ years of relevant office experience
- Proficient in Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills
- Support managers and team members through a variety of tasks
- Ability to work in a backup role for different departments
- Committed and ability to learn quickly
- Be a part of an expanding office team
**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
