Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a part time basis. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

**Duties**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees.
- File and maintain documents, records, invoices and reports both electronically and in hard copy format.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records.
- Manage vendor relationships by communicating with suppliers, pay supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments.
- Pay Utility Bills on a monthly basis
- Process time sheets, Calculate payroll and print Cheques
- Communicate effectively with team members at all levels within the organization.

**Skills**:

- Must self motivated and be able to work independent
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in file management to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Quick Books or similar accounting software is preferred.

This is a part-time position.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.25-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required
