**Your Tasks**:

- Manage projects, especially plan and organize road shows and events
- Coordinate tasks, processes and delivery times with various service providers (event agencies, booth builders, caterers, etc.)
- Plan and organize KIRCHHOFF Automotive showroom setups in collaboration with Global EVP Communication & Marketing, plant management, and external service providers
- Record and photograph, including interviews during employee events
- Write scripts/edit and produce videos
- Assist the departments in the correct usage of the Corporate Design Manual
- Communicate with the press and manage communications in close coordination with the Global EVP Communication & Marketing on critical issues, or unusual occurrences
- Write/ edit content for different communication mediums including social media outlets, intranet, homepage and magazine publications
- Any other reasonable request made by management

**Your Profile**:

- 3-5 years work experience in a related field of Communications, Marketing, Project Management
- Demonstrated knowledge in planning and organizing events and road shows
- Effective project and time management skills
- Excellent photography and video editing skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with Digital and Social Media Management
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
