Data Entry Operator/customer Service

Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Operator / Customer Service representative for our Internet Service Provider, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer data, processing service orders, and providing exceptional customer support.
**Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding service inquiries, billing questions, technical support issues, and account updates.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Verify customer information and eligibility for services, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes on inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Uphold a positive and professional image of the company in all customer interactions.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.55-$26.35 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
