**Position Summary**:
**As a Data Quality Analyst, you will have the opportunity to**
- Manage the client’s incoming sales information being reported via multiple channels, as well as manage suspended data and maintain the data integrity.
- Review and resolve daily suspended items and update appropriately
- Contact distributors & Clients to obtain necessary information needed to clear suspended records
- Provide third party vendor and distributor support
- Perform data investigations
- Investigate inquires originated by the following parties: Manufacturers, Distributors, Engagement
- Advise appropriate parties on results of investigations
- Interface with third party data providers to investigate issues and resolve
- Product Maintenance (additions, status changes, etc.)
- Product communication to the customer and internal account teams
- Reconcile data with the client's customers
- Various data entry functions and verification
- Learn and perform transactional SQL query functions
- Ensure data integrity of all production data

**In order to be successful in your role, it is important that you have the following:**
- MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access Database
- SQL Server and or T-SQL query
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proven active listening skills.
- Concise and persuasive communication skills.
