We are currently hiring enthusiastic individuals for the position of Admin Support/Data Entry Representative. **Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:_
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide quotes, book courses, and process orders for products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to pricing, availability of training, and order status.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions within established guidelines and policies.
- Maintain a high level of competitiveness and product knowledge.
- **Data Entry**:_
- Enter and maintain customer information and orders accurately into the database.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer records, processing payments, and generating reports.
- Accurately enter and update large volumes of data into the system.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered.
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make corrections as needed.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security.
- **Admin Support**_:_
- Efficiently process course refunds to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for assigning pins to participants for certification recognition.
- Multitask efficiently to handle high-volume calls and data entry tasks.
- Make effective and accurate decisions within designated authority.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience and Skills**:_
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and effectively sell over the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls.

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
