PrimeService Insurance is hiring We are looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team We are an independent and rapidly growing insurance brokerage with urgent demand for talented professionals to join our team
PrimeService is a Property and Casualty insurance brokerage, providing auto/home/commercial insurance solutions for our customers. Our Support team is the heart of our organization, and at PrimeService, we take every measure to foster learning, professional development and career advancement of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Uploading new business policies on company portals
- Processing policy change requests on company portals
- Handling remarket requests from Sales Team.
- Assisting with ordering MVR, Autoplus, and Hits reports
- Handling the mails
- Following company & carrier guidelines
Qualifications:
- Applicant must be computer savvy
- Applicant must have excellent attention to detail
- Experience at an insurance brokerage is an asset but not mandatory
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- A team player with a positive attitude

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
