**Essential Functions**:

- Work independently to simultaneously project manage several implementations for assigned airport restaurant locations in North America.
- Deliver support and training to end users on IT and technology systems.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Support Project Managers with budget management, forecasting, implementation planning, training, and scheduling for project rollouts.
- Proactively address/mitigate technology events/incidents and increase the level of client satisfaction within the systems. May include client training/basic troubleshooting and vendor management activities.

**Qualifications - Education, Experience, Skills, and Other Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent).
- Must have at least three to five years’ experience working in restaurants in a management position.
- Proven knowledge of basic IT network infrastructure policies, standards, guidelines, and best practices setting expectations for integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of effective IT services.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and reading of construction blueprints for mock-ups of IT and POS related equipment placement and requirements.
- Demonstrated intermediate level technical competence and experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Must be comfortable working in a large-scale, enterprise level digital and physical environment.
- Must be able to establish and maintain eligibility to perform work in Canada without sponsorship, and able to travel and work 75% within the Canada and US (If required, SSP to support work authorization.)

- Must be able to pass and maintain a criminal background check, and as required, meet airport security requirements (e.g., Transportation Security Administration (TSA) clearance, comprehensive Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Transport Canada, etc.)
