We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Regional Property Support Specialist to join our team at Homestead Land Holdings Limited.

Position Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity for a flexible and multi-skilled individual to provide support across our regional portfolio. As a Regional Property Support Specialist, you will work closely with our site staff team, assuming various roles in maintenance, administration, and cleaning to ensure a consistent level of customer service for our residents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning/Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of common areas & corridors, prepare apartments for new residents, facilitate work orders, and perform minor maintenance in plumbing & electrical, and other grounds maintenance tasks.
  • Tenant Relations/Administrative: Address tenant concerns effectively and promptly, maintain positive relations with tenants, show vacant apartments to prospective residents, collect and record incoming rents, serve legal documents as needed, and rent upcoming suites and complete required documentation.
  • Safety: Ensure resident safety and security at all times, respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies, and maintain fire safety logs and winter logs.

What We Offer
