**ROLE**

Reporting to the account management team, the account coordinator liaises between the client and the agency for all assigned projects. You can handle multiple priorities, build strong relationships with your collaborators (strategy, creative, production), and follow up on various projects.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with our account team to ensure projects run smoothly, from initial brief to final delivery.
- Help manage print and digital production.
- Help manage budgets and schedules.
- Consolidate and deliver client feedback to creative teams.
- Produce weekly status reports, meeting follow-up reports, etc.
- Follow-up with clients.
- Manage small projects, under the supervision of the account executive or director.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Recent graduate/relevant experience in an appropriate discipline and are eligible for full-time employment in Fall 2023;
- Knowledge of local market;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
