We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the [industry/market]
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
