We are an innovative and environmentally friendly organization with decades of knowledge specializing in Water Treatment and Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) solutions for our clients. We also offer water treatment equipment rentals, servicing of permanent onsite systems and supply of various polymers and media for all types of water treatment.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a full understanding of **WCWT’s** market focus, product offering, and unique value proposition.
- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business and grow existing business.
- Utilize multiple channels to engage prospective clients and establish an ongoing pipeline of new sales opportunities.
- Use business acumen, sector knowledge, and experience to establish and enhance relationships with key contacts and decision-makers at prospective customer accounts.
- Qualify leads gathered from tradeshows, databases, and other company initiatives.
- Leverage industry knowledge and collaborate with the Project Managers to craft solutions that have a measurable business impact on our clients.
- Gather and review project information (e.g. drawings, ESC plans, technical reports), assist the Project Managers in designing a solution, providing a scope of work and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate **WCWT's** value proposition.
- Follow a disciplined, methodical, process-oriented approach to sales activities.
- Represent **WCWT** at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand awareness and promote the company.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, demonstrating progress reaching sales targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of three years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the construction, environmental, water/wastewater, oil & gas, mining, or other transferable industry.
- Meeting/exceeding sales targets and retaining Clients within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated presentation skills - comfortable speaking in client/project meetings and seminars.
- Proficiency in understanding Water Treatment solutions and trends, with a strong ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Expertise in negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to quickly generate a high-quality pipeline and manage multiple client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in an organized and detailed manner.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, with a willingness to work overtime when required.
- Strong, interactive team player, integrative thinker with proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Expertise in thinking strategically with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Persistence, resilience, and determined sales focus.
- Passion for learning, especially in the areas of Water Treatment.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in an organized and detailed manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Sales or related field is an asset.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing.

**Salary & Commission**:Base Salary plus Commission. Depending on Experience.

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
