Toronto, Canada LHM DENTAL LAB Full time

Position Description
- 2-3 years Customer service/ office coordinator experience
- 2-3 Dental assistant/ Dental office/ Dental Laboratory experience preferable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must
- Proficiency in English language
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Experience with Internet, Word processing, Spreadsheets,

Skills and Qualifications:

- Assisting Front Office Manager with daily laboratory procedures like invoicing, scheduling tasks for technicians, ordering supplies from various vendors, sending out completed cases out to clients.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Maintaining log for employees, time in and out, leave of absences
- Assist in delegating of duties to drivers, managing processes for delivery and sending out couriers
- Assist with sales of attachments.
- Knowledge of Dental software (Labnet)
- _**This position will directly report to Front Office Manager for the lab **_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
