Marine Drive Golf Club is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Servers to join our Food & Beverage team.

Meals: A free meal is provided for shifts 5 hours and longer. Order off our fantastic menu

Steady Pay: As a non-tipping club, there aren't regular tips, but you do receive a regular schedule with steady pay and benefits regardless of business levels. Be part of a team working to provide a premium service without the competitive nature.

Bonus eligibility: Receive a monthly & yearly bonus after probation

Paid Vacation: 2 weeks vacation.

Training: Whether you're new to the serving industry, or a seasoned star, you're paid for your training

Extended Benefits: Staff working 20+ hours a week are eligible for Health, Dental, & Vision Care including an Employee Assistance Program through LifeWorks.

Free golf: Playing privileges as well as lessons from our professionals if you're just learning about the sport

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 1 year of Front of House Serving and/or Banquet experience (in a fine dining setting is preferred)
- Team players who are friendly, positive, and reliable
- Must be able to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to lift trays of food or food items up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Serving it Right Certification
- Ability to reliably commute to the Club

Marine Drive Golf Club was established in 1922 and has consistently been a leading member in the British Columbian golf community. Located at the corner of SW Marine Drive & 57th Avenue near the Kerrisdale & Southlands neighbourhoods, this historical Club blends the graceful beauty of the past with contemporary facilities.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $20.92-$21.98 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
