**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote products.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to identify new business opportunities within the market.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Manage sales reps
**Experience**
- Previous experience in outbound sales, B2B, is mandatory.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sales navigator and CRM systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, particularly in industrial sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results while maintaining positive client relationships.
