**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high-performing real estate agents who align with our brokerage's values and culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, industry influencers, and local associations to generate referrals and expand our network.
- Create compelling and persuasive marketing materials, presentations, and pitch decks to showcase our brokerage's unique value proposition to potential recruits.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop competitive commission structures, training programs, and career advancement opportunities to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the onboarding process for new agents, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure a seamless transition and their success within the brokerage.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in recruitment, business development, or sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and familiarity with industry best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with diverse individuals.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to attract top talent and win over potential recruits.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various recruitment platforms, social media, and CRM systems.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid real estate license (preferred but not required).
