Business Development Officer

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to join our commercial lending team at Disability Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with external contacts and internal stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in secured lending and commercial mortgage market analysis, and develop your skills in business development and relationship-building. You will work closely with our senior management team to drive business growth and development, and have the opportunity to participate in industry-related events and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with external contacts and internal stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Drive revenue growth through successful business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred.
- Minimum 4 years' commercial mortgage experience underwriting experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation Package:
- A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
