We are currently looking for a medical assistant (administration) in a clinic specializing in sports medicine.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist physicians in the performance of their duties: enter patient data
- Supporting clinical professionals for patient consultations
- Preparing patients for medical examinations
- Opening and updating patient records
- Prepare the rooms between exams
- Facilitate communication between medical staff and patients during the visit
- Schedule follow-up appointments, confirm new evaluations,
- Follow up for medical imaging appointments and physiotherapy appointments
- Respond to the requests of the clinic's patients
- Sort new medical consultations.
- Perform all other related tasks as required by the clinic (Receptionist -Secretary)
- Ensure excellent customer service and provide a warm and friendly patient experience
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team

**Education and experience as an administrative assistant in a sports medicine clinic**
- Degree in secretarial, office automation and/or relevant experience (at least 1 year)
- Experience in medical clinics (an asset)
- Knowledge of Omnimed software (an asset)
- Ability to work with technology
- Knowledge of Windows software and Office suite (Word, excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in interacting with patients and physicians in a clinical setting.
- Professional attitude towards patients and medical staff
- Teamwork, problem-solving skills and enjoy working with athletes
- Passion for sport (an asset)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and joie de vivre

**Conditions of employment**:

- Workplace: face-to-face with the possibility of hybrid on occasion according to the internal procedure in force
