**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales department to new heights. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales performance, developing strategies to maximize revenue, and fostering a positive and productive work environment for our sales team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success and growth of our dealership.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- OMVIC certified.
- Chrysler experience preferred.
