As Key Account Manager at Earth Rated, you’ll be working with our biggest customers to build and continue enhancing our long-term strategic partnerships. You’ll also be responsible for developing and scaling our presence across major retailers in the Canadian and US markets as well as identifying and progressing opportunities that contribute to Earth Rated’s success.

**Be thoughtful**
- Work directly with our new and existing retail customers to achieve monthly sales targets by identifying, developing, and executing strategies within the Canadian and US marketplace.
- Determine and monitor KPIs and leverage data for informed decision-making for short-term and long-term financial objectives.
- Ensure ROI and profitability from Earth Rated’s marketing & promotional funds to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize your CPG industry experience to identify Earth Rated’s next client portfolio within the Canadian & US marketplace.

**Make life easier**
- Collaborate closely with our talented Marketing department to analyze market trends and implement strategies to drive Earth Rated’s growth.
- Build and cultivate relationships with our retail customers and act as their first point of contact for Earth Rated’s newest product developments to new and existing customers.
- Actively grow current retail customers portfolio, manage the trade spend of brands, and negotiate promotions while ensuring that established KPIs are met.

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required
- 7+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience in retail account management within the CPG industry
- Practical knowledge related to the use of commercial data and its analysis to bring out "insights" leading to findings that add value to customer/retailer presentations
- Capacity to plan, set objectives, anticipate results, and structure tasks
- Capacity to prioritize
- Ability to present and negotiate in both French and English
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
