Account Representative

Montroyal, Canada Clearit Customs Brokers Inc. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide top of the line customer service and care to select enterprise accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any customer issues and requests
- Troubleshooting and customer concerns or escalations
- Manage incoming referral requests
- Coordinate with the Partnerships Lead to successfully onboard new customers onto the affiliate portal
- Track account shipments progress and escalate issues as necessary
- Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to troubleshoot any incoming issues with account’s clearances
- Monitor dedicated communication channels with larger enterprise customers
- Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to see what support is needed on their end

- Ability to prioritize work and time management skills
- Computer savvy
- Ability to handle large volume of workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on meeting client needs and achieving company goals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on providing solutions that meet client needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Minimum 5 years customer service experience, with account management or customs brokerage experience preferred
