**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC and other retailer-specific digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Set up and launch PPC and marketing campaigns for various brands
- Implement tracking tools and analytics to monitor campaign performance
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and achieve KPIs
- Monitor and adjust bids to optimize campaign performance and cost-efficiency
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords and continually revitalize and optimize keywords for stronger SEO ranking.
- Identify and develop the right target audience segments, timing, marketing mix, content and messaging
- Troubleshoot underperforming or under delivering campaigns and discrepancies
- Generate detailed reports on KPIs and provide regular budget forecasts and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC and digital marketing strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in PPC and digital marketing

**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and a passion for staying on top of industry trends
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications are a strong asset
- Exceptional attention to detail and results driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience managing PPC campaigns across various platforms
- Experience with bid management tools and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Développer et exécuter des stratégies PPC complètes ainsi que d'autres stratégies de marketing numérique spécifiques aux détaillants et alignées aux objectifs commerciaux
- Mettre en place et lancer des campagnes PPC et marketing numériques pour différentes marques
- Mettre en œuvre des outils de suivi et d'analyse pour surveiller la performance des campagnes
- Surveiller la performance des campagnes à l'aide d'outils d'analyse et prendre des décisions basées sur les données pour améliorer le retour sur investissement et atteindre les indicateurs de performance clé
- Surveiller et ajuster les enchères pour optimiser les performances et la rentabilité des campagnes
- Effectuer des recherches et analyses approfondies de mots-clés pour identifier les mots-clés pertinents et performants et revitaliser et optimiser continuellement les mots-clés pour un meilleur classement SEO
- Identifier et développer les segments de public cible, le calendrier, le mix marketing, le contenu et les messages appropriés
- Résoudre les problèmes liés aux campagnes et aux écarts de sous-performance ou sous-livraison
- Générer des rapports détaillés sur les indicateurs de performance clé et fournir des prévisions budgétaires régulières et des recommandations pour améliorer l'efficacité des campagnes
- Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing pour aligner les stratégies PPC et de marketing numérique aux objectifs et initiatives marketing globaux
