About the Role:
Axxonlab is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Service Coordinator. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth and be a part of our exciting journey. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and will directly impact our success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Management: Answer incoming calls to provide information about our company's services and schedule sampling appointments efficiently. Manage appointment scheduling, and customer communication, and coordinate the logistics of our field technicians.
2. Call Handling: Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members to ensure efficient communication within the organization.
4. Client Relationship Building: Reach out to both active and less active customers on a regular basis to foster strong relationships, address their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
5. Account Receivables: Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and promote credit card payments over the phone, ensuring the company's financial health.
Probation Period:
The initial probation period for this role is 3 months. After successfully completing the probation, this position can become remote, allowing you to work from home or anywhere in the world.
Performance Incentives:
Conversion objectives and appointment revenues will be regularly measured and quantified. Quarterly bonuses will be issued based on achieving these objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fully bilingual in both French and English.
- Customer Service and Sales Experience: Previous experience in customer service and sales, especially over the phone, is required.
- Technological Proficiency: Practical working experience with Google Workspace, M365, CallRail, CompanyCam, Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), etc. are considered assets.

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
