**Job Summary**
ChezRachel, a non-profit organization offering a support program and safe housing to women and their children affected by domestic violence is looking for a bilingual administrative assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for secretarial duties and reception
- Accounting
- Social media management
- Management of the building
- Volunteer management
- Execution of all other related tasks

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently

**Qualifications**
- Good knowledge of French and English, oral and written
- Minimum high school diploma
- Knowledge of the Microsoft environment and social media platforms
- Ability to learn to use software such as Xero and Little Green Light
- Know how to set priorities, work independently and solve problems
- Demonstrate confidentiality, team spirit, attention to detail and good judgment
- Demonstrate professionalism, honesty, punctuality, adaptability and reliability

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
