**Opportunity knocks**

As a Payroll Administrator, you will support the preparation of semi-monthly payroll for processing for approx. 500+ employees, verify and update time and attendance records submitted by Managers, prepare Records of Employment, and respond to employees’ inquiries. You also will assist with new hires and the termination process and ensure all required documents are received on time and signed off. Besides, you will maintain payroll filing on a pay period basis, process payroll and benefits changes, update and validate them, prepare payroll account reconciliations, analysis for semi-monthly, month-end and yearend. In addition, you will assist in the preparation of account reconciliations and auditing of taxable benefits, Workers Compensation, allowances, etc., prepare cheque requisitions, and assist with other duties requested by the Payroll Manager.
