**YOU WILL**:
- Effectively plan, manage and deliver marketing projects across cross-functional teams to reach objectives and execute needed deliverables on time and on budget.
- Support Marketing Director in development and execution of national advertising creative for respective categories within DIY and PRO channels, articulating Canadian creative adaptations and or/unique needs.
- Create and maintain the monthly social and digital content calendar and trackers associated with agency and retailer led media.
- Oversee DIY and PRO brand websites for both English and French and assist with website content updates, collaborating with Digital team, IT and translator to create landing pages, product pages and banners to support product launches, campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with Digital Team on maintenance of retailer product brand pages.
- Support execution of colour related campaigns including Colour of the Year, colour collaborations and blogs.
- Support Marketing Director in execution of PR campaigns, media materials, fact sheets and press hub.
- Lead PRO Collateral Program including forecasting, monitoring and creative development through fulfillment.
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities for assigned campaigns/product labels/merchandising including project approvals, Workfront reviews, and image requests.
- Assist Marketing Director with annual and quarterly analysis/reporting, ongoing competitive monitoring, and media planning.
- Maintain current asset library for Canada including pull assets from the DAM as needed.
- Assist with sales team and retailer ad hoc requests.
- Assist Marketing Director with administrative tasks as required, including scheduling meetings, product orders, new vendor set-up, SAP routing, PO and invoice processing.
- Submit marketing materials through internal legal process to ensure accordance with all Masco Marketing & Advertising Policies.
- Independently plan, organize, prioritize and coordinate projects and tasks using a detailed project schedule and work plan to meet department and project deadlines.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with leadership, marketing and sales staff, cross-functional teams, agency vendors and retailer teams.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 1-3 years proven track record in marketing, i.e. brand management, advertising, or marketing communications.
- Bachelor’s degree, with preference in marketing, business, advertising or communications.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from brief to execution.
- Ability to multi-task as you balance multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, articulate, and can engage with a variety of audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and marketing agencies.
- Experience working across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube.
- Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Natural business and industry curiosity and a willingness to listen to, explore and present new ideas.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
**DESIRED SKILLS**:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong eye for creative and storytelling.
- Experience with influencer management and/or brand partnerships is a definite asset.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated; must be able to work independently.
- Functions equally well under direction and when there is ambiguity.
- Positive and enthusiastic team player and relationship builder.
- A passion for DIY, home décor and home improvement.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Some working knowledge of French is a definite asset.
