Our team at the Contractor Marketing Mastermind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join us as a Client Success Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client-facing roles, with a strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. They will be responsible for guiding our clients through their marketing journey, delivering our Done-For-You Setup & Automation services, launching and scaling Facebook ad campaigns, and providing ongoing support and education to help clients maintain their marketing systems.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others succeed, has a natural teaching ability, and is willing to do whatever it takes to help a client achieve their goals. If you thrive in behind-the-scenes roles, focusing on client support and system optimization, and demonstrate strong technical aptitude with marketing tools and platforms, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through our comprehensive onboarding process
  • Deliver our Done-For-You Setup & Automation services, including Facebook page optimization, lead follow-up systems, and tracking implementation
  • Launching & scaling Facebook ad campaigns
  • Provide ongoing support and education to help clients maintain their marketing systems
  • Create and edit video content for clients
  • Monitor client progress and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to our Training Vault resources
  • Support clients in implementing and maintaining their advertising campaigns

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles
  • Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create and edit video content (at a basic level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience running Meta ads
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Background in the home services industry
  • Experience with CRM systems and automation tools
  • History of successful client onboarding or training
  • Previous work in digital marketing or advertising
