OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an organized and self-motivated responsible Office Administrator/Bookkeeper. This role includes working with our team by handling daily clerical duties and performing bookkeeping.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
OFFICE DUTIES:

- Assist staff whenever necessary
- Submit reports and prepare proposals

BOOKKEEPER:

- Perform bookkeeping procedures such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, collections.
- Tax preparation
- Record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Payroll procedures

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluency in English written and spoken

**-**College diploma in a related profession is required
- Computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Minimum 5 years + relevant experience in an office setting and bookkeeping
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbally
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

**EXPERIENCE**:
**-**QuickBooks desktop and online: 5 years +
- Bookkeeping: 5 years +
- Payroll: 5 years +

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
