Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expand market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional account management
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize sales revenue
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales or business development roles
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: $37,458.53-$92,529.95 per year
