**Job Description**:
Bantrel has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Coordinator to join out team in Edmonton. Our Project Coordinators are a multi-functional, dynamic group that perform a variety of business-related functions, including administering and organizing all corporate project and tendering activities in cooperation with our Senior Project Coordinators and Program Managers, aiming at the flawless execution of the deliverable.

The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinators is to keep business line initiatives and all related processes running smoothly and assist in generating new business and revenue streams.

In this full time permanent role, you will be a champion of diversity and inclusion.

**Duties & Responsibilities include**:

- Prepare a variety of materials from written or oral instructions including correspondence, reports, charts, spreadsheets, and statistical data that may be complex, technical, and/or sensitive.
- Assist with business development & project proposals, schedules, estimates and budgets. Liaise with clients and contractors as required.
- Assist in coordinate construction activities, resources, and information (including site-based support when required).
- Assist in field execution, potential quality control assisting in document review and compilation.
- Assist in document management.
- Assist in field walk-downs and site walks.
- Administrative support to the business line including writing, proofreading, and editing project materials and documents, i.e., internal and external print materials, execution plans, job instructions etc.
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, and plans.
- Support Mining, Infrastructure, and Construction (MIC) Management in conducting research and compiling reports on market segments, clients, and competitors.
- Book meetings as required/requested, take meeting notes for distribution as assigned.
- Perform special projects and take on other responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary education in related field. 2 to 3 years experience in a related construction field will be considered in lieu of post-secondary education.
- Organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
- Multitasking, ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with the ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI considered an asset.
- Knowledge of construction industry is desirable.
- Strong data analytic skills.
