This position will work closely with the Operations Manager, Field Superintendents, and Office Manager and will be responsible for coordination of pre-construction activities including but not limited to quantity take offs, vendor coordination, bid document preparation, quality document administration, scheduling of crews and materials, project and cost controls, client/sub/vendor communication and management, field document control.

This role will be open to students and new graduates. Considerable field experience will be considered in lieu.

**Job Duties**:

- Assist with Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial interior systems construction projects.
- Assist with quantity take offs, sub trade pricing and material procurement, and bid preparation.
- Liaise with Owners, Engineers, Material Suppliers, and Subcontractors.
- Review and process shop drawings.
- Provide document control for drawings, change management documentation, and submittals.
- Coordination of material and equipment needs.
- Assist field personnel with weekly productivity, and cost tracking.
- Provide pricing for change management including change orders, site instruction, etc.
- Assist with quality assurance and management of client expectations.
- Assist with monthly progress draws and invoice tracking.
- Provide document turnover to client at completion of project.
- Trouble-shoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide other technical office support as required by field personnel.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Possess Post Secondary Training in Engineering/Engineering Technology.
- Competent with Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, MS Project.
**- **High level of organization and time management skills.
**- **Exceptional interpersonal skills.
**- **Highly motivated and able to complete assignments with mínimal direct supervision.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to take initiative to undertake tasks.
- Drivers license and able to operate a motor vehicle required.
