**Summary**:The Manager, Corporate Administration is responsible for management of corporate projects and provide day-to-day administration management support to Operations and Finance functions.

**What you'll get to do**:
Corporate & Finance Support:

- Onboarding/Offboarding of clients
- Management of due diligence process
- Custodian of clients’ telecommunication (telephone, internet, and cable) accounts and IT equipment
- Insurance Administration
- Track insurance renewal dates for third-party clients’ insurance policies
- Compilation of data required for binding insurance policies
- Obtain Certificate of Insurance as required, manage filing of on-going incident reports
- Administrator of statutory compliance programs (RentSafe TO, MARC, and EWRB)

Operations:

- Procurement - manage incoming vendor inquiries, vendor setup, tenders, coordinate centralized building supplies ordering system
- Assist Operations team in procurement, creation adn administration of service contracts
- Maintain Operations' files (fire life safety, contracts, and building service reports, etc.) along with Fire Life Safety/Violation Tracking to ensure completion of work required and obtain closure confirmation from internal team and public fire inspection results database online
- Assist with CRB (Certified Rental Building) Program & Audits

General Administrative and Project Support
- Provide ongoing support as required to COO, Vice President Finance, and Vice President, Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Provide intra-departmental support for special projects

**Who you are**:

- University/College graduate in Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Project management experience an asset
- Accounting knowledge an asset
- Yardi knowledge an asset
- Ability to deliver service excellence to clients and team members
- Ability to handle a heavy workload and meet demanding deadlines
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment - a contributor to knowledge transfer and collaboration
- Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining focus and composure
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a flexible hour environment, to work after hours as may be required to meet client and reporting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written skills, strong communicator
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent attitude and willingness to continuously learn and update skills to remain competitive and challenged

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
