Administrative Coordinator

Racing Forensics Inc. is seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of administrative functions to ensure efficient operations of Racing Forensics’ programs and provide excellent service for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support for management, proactively anticipating needs in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Create documents, such as memos, correspondence, contracts, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Compile and summarize information/data, as applicable, including for payroll and expenses.
- Provide support for records management, including maintaining, updating, filing, and tracking documents and employee records.
- Maintain and monitor inventory of supplies, re-ordering as needed based on pre-determined criteria.
- Support fulfillment of supply required from field staff, as required.
- Provide procurement support by facilitating purchase orders, sourcing suppliers and vendors, reviewing supplier/vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Assemble manuals, and support updating of policy and procedures as needed.
- Facilitate effective triaging of correspondence, directing communications to the appropriate department.
- Manage logistics for shipping/receiving, including courier scheduling, shipment tracking and monitoring, and resolving any potential issues.
- Coordinate logistics for conferences and travel as required, including hotel and flight reservations.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.

Due to operational requirements, the successful applicant will be required to work primarily in-person at Racing Forensics headquarters, located in Scarborough, ON.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with general administrative functions and in providing excellent client services.
- Strong tactical and critical strategic thinking
- Abilit to prioritize workload, including multiple concurrent demands and conflicting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
