We value our relationship with our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
**Position**:Business Sales Executive
**Location**:Edmonton, Alberta
**Type**: Full-Time (37.5 Hours/Week)
**Salary Structure**: (Base pay
- Commissions)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients in the Commercial Real Estate industry who can benefit from our engineering services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to grow our sales efforts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with our technical teams to understand and communicate the value proposition of our engineering services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, closing deals and ensuring profitable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM system.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Pryco Global's services.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on advancements in the engineering field.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in Engineering Consulting, Commercial Real Estate, Municipal, Construction and Services industry will be preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the engineering or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Digital Marketing and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- A valid driver's license.
