Our client - Location: Markham, Ontario (with travel to mining sites across Canada, company compensated)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for parts sales in the heavy-duty and mining sectors.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the mining industry, including mines, contractors, and equipment rental companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored parts solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a coordinated approach in meeting customer requirements and achieving sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential and existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Coordinate with the parts procurement team to ensure timely delivery of parts to clients and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote our parts offerings and expand our customer base.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of sales and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in parts sales, with a focus on heavy-duty equipment and/or mining industry.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty and mining equipment parts, components, and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively to mining sites across Canada, with a valid driver's license and passport.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
