**Accel Auto Parts **is a local supplier of automotive parts in Markham, Ontario. We have an extensive catalog of parts ranging from performance to OEM replacements. We also offer delivery services and service many local garages.

We are currently seeking ambitious & capable individuals to join our growing team

**What will I be doing at Accel Auto Parts?**
- Respond to telephone and written inquiries regarding sales order verification, order status, price negotiations, order processing & cancellations, issuing refunds, handling returns, and resolving escalated complaints.
- Ensure a high level of technical support knowledge among Customer Service team members. Resolve issues with a high level of care and attention to customers’ needs.
- Be available to team members and offer guidance and coaching to improve team members.
- Resolves problems immediately within the authority and refers to the Director for additional support as needed.
- Support Store Owner to ensure daily tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Be a part of a dynamic and diverse team.

**What is required of me?**
- Successful completion of a Secondary School diploma and/or training in automotive sales
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of complaint and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to respond to customer inquiries
- Proven ability to work in a team-based environment where teamwork is paramount
- Multilingualism (preferred)

**What do you need to know before applying?**
- Full-time position
- Must be available from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Weekend availability is preferred.
- Training is on a full-time basis and consists of on-the-job training.
