**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic & administrative support to the academic department.
- Distribution of codes for Textbooks and Courseware
- Administrative tasks using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Assist with the Instructor hiring process
- Assist with the scheduling of Instructors' teaching assignments for each term
- Coordination of the tutoring schedule, student forum, library
- Reviewing instructors’ portfolios, teaching plans, asynchronous classes, and other materials
- Interacting with faculty, students, and staff on various matters
- Creating documentation as necessary and completing other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Academics

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1+ year of experience in education/college sector
- College diploma or degree in administration, business or related industry
- Excellent IT skills with a familiarity of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- Proficiency with the technical tools, LMS and various communication platforms
- Strong administrative skills and ability to learn quickly
- Able and committed to working as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake and learn new tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time management
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a problem-solving capability
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers, managers, Faculty, and students
- Consistently display a positive approach to the working environment

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
