Queen’s College of Business, Technology and Public Safety is a private career college located in Mississauga. We are dedicated to helping students get the most from their training and preparing them for successful careers. Queen’s College is seeking a full-time academic Quality Officer for our academic services group. This position is responsible for managing all academic services provided through our faculty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop solid working relationships with the faculty to review curriculums and implement recommendations when applicable.
- Troubleshoot academic issues with the college community parties involved.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to follow up with Program Coordinators on recommendations derived from several source mechanisms.
- Ensure faculty compliance with policies and documentation for their corresponding courses each term.
- Monitor the completion and submission by instructors of course documentation, curriculum updates, and course-delivery changes.
- Develop and execute Professional Development plans in accordance to QA requirements, contacting internal and external courses and instructors, facilitating the appropriate delivery, keeping records, and submitting the corresponding reports.
- Provide input and advice in the development of new or updated faculty-oriented policies.
- Monitor the completion and submission of instructor documentation and student assessments uploaded to our Learning Management System.
- Provide feedback to the Program Coordinators regarding developing and maintaining best teaching practices.

**Qualifications Required**:

- University undergraduate degree.
- Pedagogical education or experience preferred.
- Experience teaching in a post-secondary institution preferred.
- Experience in educational administration or support of faculty.
- Work experience in a business environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (preferably Moodle).
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with faculty and administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral), skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)
