**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Respond to customer and merchant inquiries, identifying ways to meet their immediate and future needs.
- Develop strong problem-solving skills to provide fast, reliable assistance whenever customers and merchants require support.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary procedures and protect customers' confidential information.
- Participate in team training sessions and complete weekly update-modules to stay informed about product updates and company developments.
- Continuously grow and learn through cross-training, mentoring opportunities, and staying updated on product knowledge.

**Home Office Equipment Requirements**:
- The home office must be private, free from distractions, and capable of handling highly confidential information.
- A high-speed internet connection is mandatory, with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 20 Mbps. An Ethernet cable must connect the computer directly to the modem.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: At least 6 months of inbound customer service experience in a contact center.
- **Language Skills**: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
- **Customer-first mindset**: A passion for solving moderately complex customer issues.
- **Work environment**: Ability to work in a quiet, private home office space without background noise.
- **Technical readiness**: Ability to hardwire (Ethernet) company-provided equipment directly to your home router.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work full-time rotational shifts based on business needs and special circumstances.
- **Technical proficiency**: Strong knowledge of PCs, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is an asset.
