**Bilingual Customer Service Representative**

**JOB SUMMARY**

Reporting to the Regional Customer Service Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

- Manage customer accounts;
- Provide prompt and efficient service to internal and external customers and ensure follow-ups;
- Verify data in the system in order to be proactive with customers and ensure accuracy of service information provided by operations;
- Be proactive in identifying problems and implementing solutions to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Respect warehouse policies, procedures, standards and regulations (OHS, BRCGS, HACCP);
- Participate in the achievement of objectives and the continuous improvement of performance;
- Work in collaboration with warehouse operations and the sales team;
- Work with a multidisciplinary team across Canada, in different time zones;
- Provide data for reporting purposes;
- Comply with applicable standards and regulations as well as corporate policies and procedures;
- Performs other related duties as required
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations and Food Safety programs.
- All other duties as required.

**EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
- High School diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a related customer service field.
- Experience working in the food supply chain and/or transportation industry is considered an asset.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS** **AND ABILITIES**
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with a diverse client group.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer related issues and concerns.
- Ability to prioritize and organize daily duties and tasks to be as effective and efficient as possible.
- Ability to work and collaborate as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the food supply chain and/or transportation industry is considered an asset.

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Bilingualism: spoken and written languages (French and English).
