Transparent Motorcars on no.3 rd Richmond has an opening position for a car sales representative.

We have more than 100 cars in inventory and the prices are very compatible in the market.

- Possession of a driver's license and VSA license Required.

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough presentations of vehicle features and benefits.
- Utilize outside sales techniques to attract new customers and build relationships.
- Provide sales support throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively.
- Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new inventory.
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate professionally with potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall dealership goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with automotive market trends is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients.
- A passion for cars and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: $30,000.00-$167,263.28 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
