Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Use Google Suite for document creation and management
- Proofread documents for errors before finalizing
**Skills**:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to computerize data effectively
- Experience in clerical work including typing and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 24 per week
