**The Role**:
Use your expert knowledge in finding and leveraging data and insights to drive recruitment activities and strategies- Deliver high-quality pipelines for multiple complex searches concurrently- Decipher job descriptions, analyze complex information, and quickly grasp new ideas

**What You Bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field- Experience in sourcing for talents across both technical and non-technical roles- In-depth knowledge of technical roles and the ability to quickly understand job requirements- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms
- Experienced in building and using talent market insights and data to influence decisions across all levels and functional teams
