**OPERATIONS COORDINATOR**:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for handling all warehousing and distribution functions within the facility, this will include accurate and seamless processing of inventory, shipping and receiving duties. **This is an on-site role located in Brampton, ON.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
To act as a working member of the Operations Team. These responsibilities include:

- Report and investigate receiving errors in collaboration with Inventory Control, Procurement and Logistic.
- Create QB records and receipts for goods/products received without necessary information
- Liaison with carriers for receiving load issues, logistics holds and charges
- Update order information such as date, routes, run codes, cancellations and adding miscellaneous lines
- Make order adjustments such as allocating product, reducing quantities and changing runs
- Aid in managing inventory variances through counts, damages, shorts, and overages
- Update and investigate inventory locations due to moves, missing product and excess product
- Explain return and sales processes, as well as make sample request for customers at the window
- Create miscellaneous orders for interbranch shipments and transfers
- Provide training for shipping, receiving and inventory functions for Warehouse Staff
- Adhoc duties as assigned

- Strong organizational, communication and computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook

- Ability to multi-task and coordinate priorities

- Ability to problem solve and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team-player

**Minimum Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Post secondary education in Logistics, Office Administration or equivalent practical experience
