**Your opportunity**
Dillon’s **Finance** group is looking for an **Accounts Receivable Clerk **to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals reporting to the Accounts Receivable Coordinator. This is a **full-time position** based in our **London office. **We offer **flexible** hours and **hybrid **work arrangements to help balance the competing demands of work and personal life.
**Responsibilities**:
**What your day will look like**
**Accounts Receivable**
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and record customer payments and transactions relating to accounts receivable
- Communicate with clients on collecting outstanding payments and resolve disputes
- Assistance with accounts receivable journal entries
- Setting up and maintaining client accounts
- Communication with project managers, leads, project administrators, clients, and finance staff
- General assistance with other accounting and administrative functions
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
**What you will need to succeed**
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma program in a Business related field
**Experience**:
- 1 - 2 + years of experience in an accounts receivable atmosphere with a focus on accounting would be considered an asset.
- Strong computer skills; including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe. Experience with Yet Another Mail Merge is considered an asset.
- Established and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
