Your role at Clorox:
The Category Customer Trade Revenue Manager, owns the development, validation and excretion of the Trade Investment Strategy (AMPS-AAA) and target structure from development to execution.
In this role, you will:
The CCTRM is accountable to the delivery of the overall NCS and Trade investements structures to achieve the Business Targets.
Responsibilities:
Customer and Category Planning and Management: Exceptional Trade Management:
- Trade Investment Management, Owns the Trade Investments processess E2E.
- Trade Spend Analysis, reporting variances to key stakeholders within the organization.
- Marketi Knowledge, Demonstrate a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Monthly Trade Optimization review, Conduct regular reviews of trade spend effectiveness and make data
- driven recommendations for trade optimization to achieve maximum ROI.
- Sales Performance, Support in the preparation and knowledge on the sales LE
Strategic Development
- Strategy and Planning

- Customer expertise
- Financial Analysis
Business Results
- Accountable for National Delivery of Net Customer Sales, Trade Invesments, GM EBIT and MSC.

What we look for:
Years of Experience:
- 5-7 Years of experience
Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, RGM or Sales or equivalent working experience.
- Working experience in a CPG Company (prefered)
- Ability to think systematically and lead complex processes
- Ability to work acroos multiple data sources to provide a comprenhensive recomendation
- Strong attention to details with excellent track record of P&L experience
- Experience and abilities to use Nielsen (WS+answers) experience
- Exceedra
- Experience working across multiple levels of the organization to drive results
