Office Administrator

**Main duties**:
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory, oversee disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Oversee budgeting, contracting and management processes
- Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy
- Promotion among various local communities and newcomers.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Greet visitors
- Set up appointments with driving teachers
- Arrange written and road tests for clients
- Supervise and train office staff in procedures and in use of current software
- Organize conferences
- Other duties assigned by owner
**Employment requirements**:
Bachelor degree. At least 1 year of clerical or related experience is required. Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Multi-language is an asset. Sales and marketing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Reliable. Hardworking.
Vacation: 15 business days or 4% of gross salary
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
