**Scope of Responsibilities**:
- Working as a member of the Boston Pizza Helpdesk team to provide Technical Support for Boston Pizza’s corporate staff.
- When needed, provide first level ticketing support and assign tickets accordingly.
- Install, configure, Support and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, telephones, printers, video conferencing equipment and network connectivity for corporate clients.
- Perform physical equipment installs, maintenance, removals, and configuration on equipment located all offices.
- Maintain documentation and processes.
- Active Directory user and group and Office 365 management.
- Shared directory security permissions.
- Provide mailbox and mail flow support.
- Resolve client hardware and software issues.
- Assist with client computer’s imaging.
- Able to lift and maneuver 50-pound boxes.
- Provide Technical support to clients and perform other duties as required.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Must be thorough, detailed and results oriented as well as exhibit professionalism and sound judgement.
- Excellent communications skills, a commitment to working in a team environment
- Strong working knowledge with various software tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 / 10, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365.
- Equivalent to completion of two years of college-level coursework in computer science, information technology or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience performing Microsoft AD system administration.
- Good understanding of Sophos Anti-virus software, computer networking and printer technologies.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), A+, Network+ would be an asset.
