We are currently recruiting for full time Supply Chain Master Data Specialist at our Ancaster, Ontario facility.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday / Full-time, Hybrid (3 days WFH, 2 days onsite in Ancaster)
The Supply Chain Master Data Specialist will own all Supply Chain Master Data inputs into the ERP system (SAP S/4 HANA)
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Own the creation, accuracy, and updates of all BOM’s in the ERP system.
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and updates of all Master Data skus related to the Supply Chain team.
- Ensure all Supply Chain Master Data fields (safety stock, lead time, ROP’s, MRP types) are correctly set-up and updated on a quarterly cycle.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Supply Chain team for system issues/resolutions
- Own SAP S/4 HANA training for all supply chain new hires to ensure best practices are being communicated during onboarding
- Handle the full discontinuation process in SAP S/4 HANA from raw material to SFG to FG
**Qualifications**
- BSc Degree/Advanced Diploma in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Operations Management etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience using SAP or SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in leading or being a Super User in 2 ERP implementation modules (Materials Management, Procurement etc.)
- Deep understanding of Master Data
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as a part of a team.
- High attention to detail and to data accuracy.
**Working conditions**
- Office work - need to be comfortable in working with different communication tools to manage discussions.
- Partially remote (3x week work-from-home)
