About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Estimator to join our team at The Groupe Master. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products to customers, evaluating their needs, and providing pricing solutions to gain orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product solutions for incoming inquiries
  • Review and evaluate plans and specifications
  • Determine commercial HVAC-R equipment requirements to meet individual client needs
  • Assist with projects and work with mechanical contractors and engineers
  • Prepare quotations based on project plans/specifications and complete proposals
  • Prepare technical drawings and data sheets for client approval
  • Provide the contractor with material lists and quotations through written and verbal communication
  • Answer calls and written communications from clients, branch representatives, and external representatives
  • Process orders in line with proper company policies and procedures while communicating with all parties
  • Provide after PO support with proper follow-up with clients to ensure their full satisfaction
  • Ensure projects take-offs are accurate and complete
  • Determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policies
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in HVAC or a related discipline
  • Demonstrate experience in HVAC (an asset)
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Willingness to acquire industry knowledge
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide variable solutions based on customer needs and company objectives
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Ability to travel to U.S.A.
